Actually, that would have been even easier than you might think. Bush has given more than one Iraq speech at the Army War College. What was the Army War College before it was the Army War College? Of all things, the current site of the Army War College is the former site of the Carlisle Indian School — Charles Bender’s home for five important years.

In fact, according to a newspaper clip I stashed in my files, Bush spoke in (Jim) Thorpe Gymnasium, a place where Bender would have spent much time (before, of course, it was called Thorpe Gymnasium).
