Available Where Books Are Sold
The book’s official pub date is still six weeks out but already copies have shown up in the warehouses of wholesalers and chain stores. This means you can buy one at your local bookseller. If your store doesn’t have a copy on hand you can — immediately after chastising the manager for the oversight, that is — have it ordered with a minimal wait.
